I have been in your shoes! Buying a home can be an exciting, but stressful experience. My job is to help you alleviate some of the uncertainty in the home-buying experience.
Communication is key—if you can’t understand what your home inspector is telling you, the information is useless. I make sure to explain everything in detail, and in terms everyone can understand.
When you are shopping for a home inspector (and you should!), make sure to compare “apples to apples”—experience and background is important, and so is the reporting. Ask the inspector what software they use, or if they use a pre-printed worksheet. Ask if they provide photographs with notations to thoroughly explain their findings.
I use Home Gauge (TM) software to ensure the highest quality reports that include photos and thorough documentation. You will be notified when your report is available for pickup on the website. Using a secure log-in, you will be able to view your home inspection and send a copy to your agent, if desired. Better software means better reports. You can view a sample here.
Just call me to get a price quote and schedule your inspection.
Sellers can take advantage of a pre-listing inspection, alerting you to the potential issues that could ruin a transaction.
